Crusher Bound Cadillac is back! Six years ago, CBC grabbed the Denver music scene by the throat, and took us for a ride with their unique and captivating style of metal. After various line-up changes, and a few “breaks,” the original line-up, consisting of Devon Kimzey on drums, Joe V. on bass, Scott Seidl on guitar, and “Cadillac” Sam Roof on vocals, have reunited and are in the game to retake the throne as Denver’s greatest band.

With renewed energy, and a new respect for the music scene and each other, CBC is poised to break out of a killer local scene, and into the big time. With classics like “Redeemer,” “Maps,” and “Hiding the Bruise,” and not yet recorded songs that have been played live in the last two months to high praise, CBC is putting all other Denver bands on notice.

When asked about the newfound energy in CBC, Joe V. said “We’ve all gone different ways at some point, and it has led us back to this point. To have the same line-up now, and to have had the time away from each other has created a stronger, tighter, more pimped out Cadillac.” Joe V. was also asked about the fan response to the resurrection of the original CBC. “The crowd response has been great! We see old fans singing along, and new fans bobbing their heads! Everybody is putting down shots during shows, and all that fuels this Cadillac like nitrous in the pipes!”

CBC took the stage April 11th @ Herman’s Hideaway in support for Adema. They impressed not only the national act Adema, but hardcore CBC fans, local promoters and venues, and newcomers to the Cadillac ride as well. CBC is headlining May 19th @ the Gothic Theater, so be sure to get your tickets for what will be the show to see to start your summer of metal right!
