October 27’s concert “Colorado Rising” at 1STBANK Center, a benefit for LiveUnitedColorado.org raised at least $650,000.

The United Ways of Colorado come together to help and support our neighbors and communities throughout Colorado who have lost so much in the recent floods. The donations from the United Ways of Colorado Flood Recovery Fund will be used for community recovery efforts. The recovery funds will support community organizations working with individuals and groups focused on long-term recovery.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed by buying tickets or merchandise, texting to give, to our media partners; 97.3 KBCO, CBS4, and our sponsors; Gill Foundation and its Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado program, CH2M HILL and East West Partners, Inc.  An extra special thank you goes to all the participating artists.

“It’s no surprise that the entire music community from musicians to fans stepped up in a time of need for Colorado.  Thank you all” says Chuck Morris, President and CEO of AEG Live Rocky Mountains.
