The Say So says Farewell

After playing together for 3 ½ years, Fort Collins favorites, the Say So, consisting of Sean Palmer (vocals), Robbie Spradling (drums), Chris Beeble (bass) and Noah Fisher (guitar), will be playing their final show this Saturday, September 29, at the Marquis Theater.

Why? “It came to our attention that this band was no longer everyone’s dream. The Say So started as the four of us, and it would feel wrong to keep going without all of us,” says Beeble.

They have grown together as a family over the years, and released two EPs in that time, Something Like Wild and The Romantic. For the final show, Beeble says, “We plan to play a whole bunch of our favorite songs from our collection, and we want people to know that we plan on saying goodbye with the same energy and passion in which we have always performed, which is a lot.”

Doors are at 7, and the show starts at 8. They’ll have their full light show, which was built from scratch, and there will be ridiculously cheap swag–if you’ve seen some of the artwork on their swag, you definitely want some.

So what does the future hold? Says Beeble, “Most of us are going to continue making music, and some of us are going to keep making music together. I can only speak for [myself] and say that I am definitely not done making music. I plan on continuing to produce and record bands, and start writing music for my next project. My hope for everyone in this band is that, whatever they do next, they love doing it and they go after it with all they have.”
