Anxious: “Marijuana’s Legal Now in Colorado”

The song title itself is a statement, and the video is about as eye catching as anything we’ve seen this year. It is also hilarious. CMB caught up with Ryan Hyde, aka Anxious, to get the lowdown on his video and upcoming plans. Watch the video below.

CMB: Tell us about the process of making the video.
RH: The filming and directing were done by Rivey, Natty Waters, and Alex Huber. They are a great video team, this is the third time we worked together. The first was a Dub step music video called “Bananas” and the 2nd was a Denver Broncos Music Video.

CMB: What are your summer plans?

RH: Just released a new album called the Mona Lisa. I am competing in the Best of the West and planning to travel to Austin to perform in SXSW and also a performance in ATL over the summer.
CMB: What is your place in the Denver music scene?

RH: I work with media, venues, and artists throughout the Denver area I am pretty well known here, my plan is to continue to expand here and also to travel and do some out of town performances.
